To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition of Products: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or opened unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Return: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and return it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Full Refund: If the item is returned within the 30-day window and meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.
- Partial Refund: If the item is returned after the 30-day period or is damaged, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the product.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please contact us for assistance in the exchange process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. International Returns
